Who makes up Sudeira Real Estate Investing?
Who started Sudeira Real Estate Investing?
Sudeira was started by me, Chris Cliff and my wife Jacquie. The two of us are both become experienced in real estate in varying ways. Our goal now is to spread the word about real estate investing, network with like minded people and help others achieve financial stability through real estate investing. This blog is our outlet for that effort.
Who is Chris Cliff?
A life long resident of the Pacific Northwest, I grew up in the wilds of North Idaho and have steadily moved my way West until now when I have settled down in the Seattle area. To most people’s surprise I do have a degree in Human Biology of all things.
Over the course of my life I have done a variety of things, including marketing real estate and working at a horde of jobs that we won’t even go into. I have found through my experiences that I don’t make a good employee and now am pretty well unemployable.
My main projects are real estate investing, DDIY Home Renewal my residential remodeling and painting company and of course being a husband and father. Additionally I write a significant number of articles, some short stories and assist in the marketing of my wife’s real estate services. All in all I stay pretty busy.
Jacquie Cliff – Seattle’s best real estate agent
Jacquie is my wife and a professional real estate real estate agent and loan officer. We work together on a variety of projects and the combination of my skill in remodeling homes and her ability to find great deals makes us a great team. Of course if you are interested in buying or selling a home or rental property in the Seattle area she is definitely the one real estate agent to call.
She is originally a Sandpoint Idaho native and has tagged along with me on my adventures for the last 15 years. Shortly after we moved to the Seattle area she started her career as a real estate agent and loan officer. Since then she has weathered the ups and downs of the real estate market and has remained in the business even when other agents have given up.
